What happens if an item is out of stock when my subscription is due?Updated a month ago
We’ll email you 5 days before your next subscription order is going to be processed to let you know. If you’d like to, you can switch the item for another – just log into your account and navigate to “Subscriptions”.
If you don’t want a different item, you don’t need to do anything. We’ll automatically adjust your order and only charge you for the items we send. We’ll keep trying to place an order for the out-of-stock item for the next 30 days (don’t worry, we’ll keep you updated by email), after which point we’ll stop trying until your next scheduled subscription order is due.
