I received my order but the items are not what I ordered. What should I do?Updated a month ago

It will help us to resolve your issue quickly and efficiently if you have the following information ready when contacting us:

  • Customer reference number
  • Names of products that were missing
  • Product quantity
  • Packer number - the 4-digit number stamped or handwritten on the invoice or on the outside of the parcel
