Can I return an item bought from one of your stores without a receipt?Updated a month ago

If you've lost your receipt from an item you've bought from one of our stores, you will be able to return it to any The Body Shop® International Limited owned store. Use our Store Locator to find your nearest store. We won't be able to offer you a full refund without a receipt - only an exchange or gift card.

Please note, this procedure only applies to The Body Shop® International Limited owned stores. This does not include franchise stores. Please visit your local franchise store to view their policy.
