Yes, we do! Gift Cards are available to purchase online, or from your local store.
What can I buy with a Gift Card?
Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards can be used to make full or partial payment on any products sold online, or in any The Body Shop store in the UK and Channel Islands.
Where do I find the PIN number for my Gift Card?
The 4 digit PIN number can be found on the back of the Gift Card underneath the scratch off panel. An E-Gift Card PIN will be displayed on the recipient’s email.
Am I restricted to using my Gift Card only at the store of purchase?
A Gift Card can be used at any The Body Shop store in the UK and Channel Islands. Use our Store Locator to find your nearest store.
What if my Gift Card does not have a PIN?
If there is no PIN on the reverse of your Gift Card, it can be used for purchases in any of our stores, but it cannot be used to make an online purchase.
Do Gift Cards expire?
The balance on a Gift Card or E-Gift Card is valid for 2 years from the last credit, debit or balance enquiry. After this time the remaining balance will be deducted card will expire. A Gift Card or E-Gift Card with zero balance will expire after 30
How many Gift Cards can I spend in a singular transaction?
You can use as many Gift Cards as required during a single transaction but the same Gift Card cannot be used twice within the same transaction.
How does my Gift Card work with my Love Your Body™ Club account?
You will not earn loyalty points when you purchase a Gift Card, but you will earn points when you use a Gift Card to purchase any of our products.
What happens if my Gift Card is lost or stolen?
The Body Shop cannot replace or reimburse the balance if the Gift Card or E-Gift Card is lost or stolen.
How can I check the balance on my Gift Card?
You can check your balance on our website, here. Alternatively, simply pop into your local The Body Shop store* or contact our Customer Care team on 0800 092 9090.
Can I return an item purchased using a Gift Card?
Yes, our standard returns policy applies to any purchases made with a Gift Card. If possible, the amount will be refunded back to the existing Gift Card, otherwise it will be refunded onto a new Gift Card.
